Business office, no stock or storage.
Kindergarten. Same shall contain a fenced or walled enclosure adjacent to the vehicular traffic and providing not less than thirty (30) percent shade coverage.
Church, synagogue and similar congregations of other religions and denominations, subject to the following:
(A) Not to exceed seven thousand (7,000) square feet gross floor area; Y
(C) There will be no academic parochial school on the subject site;
E) That a safe and adequate pedestrian circulation system has been provided.
Professional office.
School of instruction. Subject to the requirements of section 33.11 of this Code.
